Buyers have the option to return all unused products purchased from our online store within 7 days of purchase and if approved by our company. By accessing our website and placing orders, you accept and agree to the practices described in the Return and Cancellation Policies, the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statement.
UNUSED PRODUCT IN ORIGINAL CLOSED PACKING
The return of the product can be made at our headquarters within 7 working days from the date of purchase, along with the receipt.
The product can be exchanged for another product of equal value or refunded for the value of the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
UNUSED PRODUCT IN ORIGINAL OPEN PACKING
Products with opened packing can not be returned.
How to cancel your online order:
- If you have selected pick-up from our store, you can cancel your order up to one business day from the date of order confirmation.
- If you have chosen home delivery or pick-up from a delivery office, you can cancel your order before the product is delivered to the delivery service. After sending your product you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
You can return the product you purchased by following the return instructions as described above in the “Return Policy”.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
